4. Pricing & Payments
Diagnosis Fee: ₹299 (Waived if service accepted)
Final pricing depends on:
Appliance model/age
Spare parts availability
Service complexity
GST Invoice provided post-service
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation before technician dispatch
Post-dispatch cancellation fee: ₹199
Service cancellation after parts ordered: 50% charges
6. Warranty Terms
90-day labor warranty


Spare parts warranty (brand-dependent)

Warranty void if:
Unauthorized repairs attempted
Physical damage post-service
7. Liability Limitations
Maximum liability = service charges paid
Not responsible for natural wear & tear
Data loss in smart appliances not covered
